Workers protest outside Harvey Norman stores as retailer purportedly backs freezing minimum wages

Angry workers have rallied outside Harvey Norman stores to protest the retailer purportedly opposing minimum wage increases as it holds on to JobKeeper benefits despite soaring profits.Sources say the employees rose up on Friday because the retailer had made a submission to the Fair Work Commission arguing in favour of freezing minimum wages ahead of this year’s determination.
