Qantas opening 2021 international flights too soon says health expert

A top public health specialist has poured cold water on Qantas plan to resume international flights in six months, saying it is wishful thinking. The national carrier has reopened bookings for international flights from July 1, pushing forward a return to some overseas destinations by months.
Customers can now book to fly to destinations in Asia, the UK and US from July, although New York will be off the cards for the time being.
