Young doctors join class action against Victorian hospitals over unpaid wages

Victorian public hospitals are being sued by young doctors who are desperate to fight back against years of wage theft and ridiculous hours.It comes as the first of about 30 planned lawsuits was filed in the Federal Court against Peninsula Health, with the Australian Medical Association (AMA) warning a “considerable larger” health service was the next to be hit with a legal claim.
