Young criminals to be sent to payback farms if the LNP is elected at the upcoming Queensland election

Young criminals will be sent packing to payback farms under an LNP Queensland government, in a move the premier has described as straight out of Campbell Newman’s playbook.
Opposition leader Deb Frecklington released her tough-on-crime policy in Townsville on Tuesday.
Under the plan, juvenile offenders will be automatically jailed once they are convicted for the third time.
