Woolworths has pulled one of its popular seafood items off shelves because of an undeclared allergen.Markwell Foods is conducting a recall of Shore Mariner Seafood Sticks 1kg due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (egg)
“Consumers who have an egg or soy allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed,” it states on the Food Standards Code website.
Authorities warn the product could pose a health risk to anyone allergic to egg.
