A Melbourne woman who created an affordable hair care solution to make women feel fabulous, not broke has landed a national deal with Sephora Australia.Phoebe Simmonds owns The Blow, a salon that opened in Melbourne’s CBD in 2018 specialising in affordable blow drys.
She created the brand, which offers quick and professional blow outs to clients at a convenient location, after frequently travelling to the US in her role as Marketing Director at global beauty brand, Benefit Cosmetics.
