Wet week ahead with possible coastal low

Forecasters are warning that a powerful low pressure system could be about to form in the Tasman Sea. If it does, get set for some wet and wild weather.

The conditions are similar to last week when there were warnings of an possible east coast low which is similar to a cyclone but in subtropical waters.

An east coast low didn’t eventuate, with the system heading out to sea, but the weather systems was nonetheless strong enough to lead to torrential downpours on the New South Wales south…
