USA blasted for blocking raw vaccine material exports as cases in the developing world skyrocket

Americans have a had it rough over the course of the coronavirus pandemic but there are signs of optimism in the worlds most badly affected nation.Many health experts and politicians there are speaking with an almost celebratory tone as cases begin to drop again and the vaccine rollout continues with breakneck pace.
Now around 42 per cent of Americans have received at least one dose of a vaccine, and one-in-four are fully vaccinated.
