Two men charged after rocks, bottles allegedly thrown at police from Parramatta balcony
Two men have been charged after allegedly pelting police, pedestrians and motor vehicles with broken bottles and food from a 15th floor balcony in western Sydney overnight.
Officers from Parramatta Police Area Command were called to a high-rise apartment building on Church Street, Parramatta at about 9pm on Thursday to investigate reports of projectiles being thrown at motor vehicles and pedestrians.
Police attending the scene saw broken bottles, potatoes, fruit, eggs and coconuts on the road near the apartment building.
