Staff at social media site Twitter allegedly abused access to user accounts for their own enjoyment while the companys board of directors repeatedly heard and ignored concerns they had too much access according to an explosive new report.The access Twitter staff have to accounts was brought to the fore by a mid-July scandal where verified accounts belonging to prominent figures were hijacked to promote a Bitcoin scam.
