Toddler taken from his home

Police have issued an amber alert for a toddler who was allegedly taken from his Brisbane home by a man wearing a medical mask in the early hours on Sunday.
It is feared the 20-month-year-old boy, who was taken from his home on Warrender Street, Darra, may be at significant risk, police say.
The toddler is described as having brown hair, fair skin and was last seen wearing a black shirt and a nappy.
Police have released grainy black and white images of the man holding the boy.
