Titus Day, Guy Sebastian: Delays in overseas statements for court case

Statements from overseas in the court case of Guy Sebastians former manager Titus Day are still outstanding, with police telling a magistrate they hope to obtain them in the next month. Mr Day, 47, is facing 61 charges of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception after police allege he defrauded the singer $1.15 million in relation to performance entitlements and overseas royalties.
