Tiger Meat or Cannibal Sandwiches: ‘Traditional’ Wisconsin holiday meal divides internet

The internet is divided after a US state health department issued a warning over an unusual but apparently popular Christmas tradition of eating raw mince sandwiches. The holiday meal, referred to as “Cannibal Sandwiches” or “Tiger Meat”, carries a significant health risk, according to the Wisconsin Health Department, and was called “revolting” by people online.
However, some insisted they’d been eating mince sandwiches since they were children, and were “not stopping now”.
