Mitchell Aubusson has revealed how Anthony Minichiello has told him to “go out and get” his most capped Sydney Roosters record.
But in true Aubusson fashion, the unassuming utility is just focused on helping the Roosters cement a top three berth with victory over Cronulla on Saturday.
The Tricolours fan favourite will create history against the Sharks at the SCG when he surpasses Minichiello to play the most games for the Roosters with 303 appearances.
The veteran was at his humble best when asked about the milestone on Monday.
