Tharnicaa Murugappan, 4, loses High Court bid for protection visa
The four-year-old daughter of Tamil asylum seekers who settled in Biloela has lost her last ditch bid to apply for a protection in the High Court of Australia.
The court on Thursday morning refused a special leave request from Tharnicaa Murugappan’s lawyers to hear the case.
