Teenage boy in critical condition after being swept from rocks on the Gold Coast
A boy is fighting for his life after he was washed off the rocks on the Gold Coast.
It’s understood the 16-year-old fell and hit his head at Snapper Rocks on Wednesday afternoon.
Lifesavers pulled him lifeless from the water.
They performed CPR on him before paramedics arrived to help with resuscitation efforts.
“They were able to get him back,” said Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman Adam Flory.
“Through their resuscitation efforts, they were able to restart his heart.
