Tammy Hembrow has shared a racy new bikini selfie.But while Australia is no stranger to seeing the Gold Coast fitness guru in a skimpy two-piece, fans have pointed out there’s something different about her.
As the 26-year-old fitness star poses in front of a mirror a turquoise G-string bikini, some have noticed a tiny detail on Tammy’s cheek.
