Swimmer in critical condition after lifeguards rescue two people from same Sunshine Coast beach just one hour apart
A swimmer is fighting for his life after being pulled from the ocean with severe head injuries.
Lifeguards rescued the man, aged in his 40s, just before 11.20am on Sunday from Alexandra Headland in Queensland.
