Suicide monitoring system shows rise in self-harm in Victoria

New figures show there was a significant increase in self-harming behaviour in Victoria this year as the state grappled with its response to the coronavirus.
The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) together with the National Mental Health Commission (NMHC) has today launched a website that provides more timely monitoring of suicide and self-harm data.
