Queensland scientists are on the verge of a major breakthrough in the fight against COVID-19.Researchers at Xing Technologies are developing an ultra-rapid coronavirus test that can detect whether a person is infected and contagious within moments.
The State Government has already invested $1.5 million into the project and the company has also received $1 million from the US Government.
The Courier Mail reports that trials for the test are already underway in the US.
