Son’s desperate screams after dad killed North Ipswich
Neighbours have described the frantic final moments as a Queensland dad lay dying in his son’s arms at a family gathering on Christmas Day.
A 33-year-old man has been charged with murder after allegedly stabbing his girlfriend’s father Warren Toby, 53, to death in North Ipswich.
Mr Toby was found with significant stab wounds in the front yard of a Hall Street house at 11.40pm on Christmas Day.
Despite efforts from police and paramedics to revive him, Mr Toby died at the scene.
