Mysterious circles emerging across Melbournes inner-eastern suburbs could be the new way forward for socialising in a COVID-safe way. Stonnington Council is behind the initiative, with the Chapel Street Precinct Association saying the New York City social circles inspired campaign could save struggling businesses along the popular retail strip.
