Former Olympic swimmer Scott Miller has been arrested after police claimed $2 million of ice was found concealed in candles, adding another chapter to the 45-year-olds wild life.The arrest is the latest in a series of scandals which have plagued the Australian since the 1996 Olympic Games, where he won two medals in the pool.
