Medi-hotel staff to be tested for COVID-19 after another repatriated Aussie tests positive
SA Health will extend its active surveillance program as an extra layer of protection, testing some medi-hotel staff after another repatriated Australian returned a positive COVID-19 result.As of Monday, hotel staff and security guards who come into contact with residents will be tested for the virus.
The active surveillance program, which began in the middle of the year, already sees aged care workers, health care workers and truck drivers tested for the infection.
