Ryan Phelan: TV star’s domestic violence charges dropped
Prosecutors have dropped domestic violence charges laid against TV star Ryan Phelan, who was accused of assaulting his partner at their home on Sydneys northern beaches.Mr Phelan, 45, was charged in June with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault against Chelsea Franklin.
