Reigning champion Sofia Kenin has been knocked out of the Australian Open in a huge upset at Melbourne Park on Thursday afternoon.The American suffered a straight sets 6-3, 6-2 defeat to unseeded Estonian veteran Kaia Kanepi in her second round match at Margaret Court Arena.
