Rebel Wilson’s trainer Jono Castano reveals workout secret

The trainer who helped Rebel Wilson lose 20kg has revealed one of his workout secrets.Celebrity trainer Jono Castano, who is also an ambassador for Alternative Meat Co, started working with the Pitch Perfect actress just over a year ago.
His program for Wilson saw the Aussie star doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) five days a week, one day of weights and resistance training and one day of rest.
Speaking to news.com.au, Castano said one of his secrets is keeping spirits high during a workout.
