Queensland Police not required to wear PPE in line with CHO
Queensland police defending the state’s borders from any potential COVID-19 cases are not required to wear face masks or personal protective equipment, despite being in contact with more than 200 people from declared hot spots.
Despite screening thousands of people a day, police and relevant partner agencies will continue to have individual choice over whether or not they wear a face mask.
