Queensland Health to provide update later today on new COVID-19 cases

A youth detention centre worker has tested positive to COVID-19, according to reports.
Queensland Health is yet to confirm the case, after the Health Minister Steven Miles dodged questions this morning relating to the case.
It’s being reported by Channel 9 that the woman in her 70s works at the Wacol Detention Centre.
Mr Miles said data from the past 24 hours was still being collated, and a full update on any new cases would be provided later today.
