Qld Premier Palaszczuk reveals source of Hotel Grand Chancellor outbreak
State leaders are demanding a change to the hotel quarantine system after a report into the Brisbane outbreak revealed the highly infectious COVID-19 strain was able to circulate through the corridors of a secure facility.
