Qld Police find drugs, $400,000 during raids at Gold Coast, Logan and Redland Bay.

Cocaine, cannabis and tens of thousands of dollars, found in the most unlikely of places, were allegedly recovered during several early morning police raids in southeast Queensland.
The raids were part of Operation Sierra Carious and covered premises on the Gold Coast as well as at Logan and Redland Bay.
Cops made the startling find when they found $400,000 in cash stuffed in a speaker hidden in a garage at a Gold Coast residence they swarmed upon just after dawn on Wednesday.
Overall, $515,000 was found during the raid at Nandina Court, Coomera, with the bulk of it hidden in the speaker.
Police also allege they seized a small quantity of drugs (cocaine and cannabis), three mobile phones and a flick knife at the Nandina Court abode.
