Qld police arrest man after body found in front yard of home
Queensland police have launched a homicide investigation after the body of a 53-year-old man was found in the front yard of a North Ipswich home overnight.
Officers were called to an address at Hall Street just before midnight on Christmas they found the 53-year-old man’s body.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at a Woodridge address at 5am and is helping police with inquiries.
Police will allege an altercation took place between two men, resulting in the 53-year-old being fatally wounded.
