Qld authorities scramble to find ‘patient zero’ behind state’s latest virus cluster

Authorities are still trying to piece together the puzzle as to how Queensland’s latest COVID-19 cluster came about, but two new theories have emerged.
The state’s chief health officer confirmed on Tuesday that early serology testing showed patients of the Brisbane Youth Detention Centre cluster have the same strain of COVID-19 as one of the two women who contracted the virus after returning from Melbourne – B. 1.1.25.
