Police seek public assistance after woman found in Nerang River
The body of a woman found in the Nerang River on the Gold Coast is proving a mystery for police, who are still struggling to identify her.
Police are seeking public assistance to help identify the woman, who was found in the waterway at Southport on Thursday morning.
The death is not being treated as suspicious; however, police “do not know” who the woman is, according to a statement.
