Pair fined after being caught driving too far to get haircut in Melbourne

Two Melburnians desperate for a trim of their curly locks have been left to pay a hefty price after being busted too far from home.The Boroondara pair have had more than $3200 shaved from their bank accounts after they were fined for breaching the chief health officer’s restrictions.
Police caught them more than 5km from home, and when asked what they were doing, they explained they were going to their friend’s house to have a haircut.
