Online sales keep surging for popular bedding retailer despite crisis easing
Bedding retailer Adairs has reported a doubling in online sales for the financial year to date, saying the business has clearly benefited from the coronavirus pandemic.A trading update on Tuesday showed online sales for the first 23 weeks of 2020-21 had jumped 99.7 per cent, while sales for its bricks-and-mortar stores only lifted 5.2 per cent.
Website sales represented 39 per cent of total purchases, with its New Zealand-based online homewares retailer Mocka, which the group acquired in December…
