One old TV caused 18-month-long internet outage for entire village

Residents of a Welsh village suffered for 18 months before figuring out why their internet always dropped out in the morning.Every morning around 7am, the internet would go out in Aberhosan, Powys County, and no one could figure out why.
Openreach, owned by British telco BT, conducted numerous tests, even replacing large sections of cable that served the village, but still they were unable to find the source of the problem that was impacting on the village some communities around it.
