NZ house listed for 13 years still not sold so owner bumps up the price – 9News
The owner of a house in the town of Feilding “prone to flooding” has listed the property for 13 years, but …

Roland Le Gal has upped the asking price of his house, which he is (or isn’t) selling privately.
He was asking NZ$465,700, ($431,186) but now he wants NZ$680,050 ($629,651).
And it’s because the RV has now climbed to NZ$320,000 ($296,321), up from NZ$200,000 ($185,201).
So he is asking more than twice the RV, which may well put off potential buyers, which seems to be his intention.
But it won’t put them off as much as his photos and the descriptions of the house.
