NSW records seven new virus cases in hotel quarantine
New South Wales health authorities have confirmed seven new cases of coronavirus, all coming from returned travellers in the states hotel quarantine. The state’s health department in the 24-hour period up to 8pm on Saturday has recorded no new locally acquired cases of coronavirus.
It is the third day in a row the state has not recorded a new COVID-19 case transmitted locally.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, NSW has recorded 4193 COVID-19 cases.
