NRL crackdown won’t be lifted for Origin series, says football boss
The NRLs head of football Graham Annesley has warned fans that the league will not lift its controversial crackdown on illegal contact for the upcoming State of Origin series.Ahead of Magic Round earlier this month, the NRL announced match officials would begin punishing high contact more severely on field.
