The NRL rumour mill is running hot with former Cowboys coach Paul Greens shock exit triggering a speculated game of musical chairs.The Cowboys reportedly pushed Green out the door last week with the premiership-winning coach leading the team against the Panthers on the weekend, despite knowing his time was up.
