No new COVID-19 cases in Qld ahead of reopening to NSW

Queensland has recorded no new COVID-19 cases, as the state prepares to reopen to parts of NSW which have been the scene of illegal beach parties.
As of Tuesday morning, there are just eight active cases in the state, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk confirmed via Twitter.
Ms Palaszczuk also took to social media to thank Queenslanders for their work in stopping the spread of the virus, as the global death toll reached one million.
