After years of speculation, there is finally confirmation that George Miller will return to the world of Mad Max to create a spin-off about Charlize Therons character Furiosa, according to Deadline. While there aren’t a lot of details about the spin-off just yet, we know that viewers will be given a look into the backstory of Furiosa, the rogue general.
Anya Taylor-Joy, who is best known for her roles in The Witch and Emma, will take on Theron’s role.
