New accuser alleges Cuba Gooding Jr raped her in Soho hotel room
Cuba Gooding Jr has been accused of coaxing a woman into a New York hotel room and raping her twice in 2013, according to a civil lawsuit against the actor.The woman, who filed the suit under the pseudonym Jane Doe, said the assault happened after she met the Jerry Maguire star in the VIP section of a Greenwich Village lounge in August 2013, according to court papers.
The actor has denied the allegations.
