A mortified mum-of-six from the UK claims she was called a c**t three times after complaining to a womens clothing store over her missing refund.Yvonne Redmond did a double-take after receiving an automated reply that allegedly greeted her with “Hi C**t”.
Ms Redmond had already tried to contact retailer New Look online and by phone when she sent a WhatsApp message about a refund on her £15 ($A27) jeans order on Tuesday.
