Mercedes-Benz X Class cars recalled over hydraulic line defect

Thousands of Mercedes-Benz owners are being urged to take their vehicle in for repair after the luxury car company found a defect in one of their models.The affected model is the Mercedes-Benz X Class from years 2018 and 2019.
According to Product Safety Australia, there are 6116 vehicles impacted by a leakage from the hydraulic line connecting on the steering gear.
The leakage “may result in the gradual loss of steering hydraulic fluid”, Australia’s consumer safety group said.
