Melbourne business encourages staff to take paid day off every two weeks with ‘Sunny Day Policy’

After spending months in social isolation, workers at a Melbourne-based company are being encouraged to take a day off every two weeks as part of a new leave policy. Property developer BEKL has introduced the Sunny Day Policy which enables employees to use one day of sick or personal leave every fortnight to enjoy a day outside the office if the weather permits, My Business reports.
