Medical worker fired after deliberately destroying 500 doses of COVID-19 vaccine
A worker at a Wisconsin medical facility has been fired for deliberately destroying more than 500 doses of the coronavirus vaccine.Aurora Medical Center said in a statement obtained by Fox6 that the worker at their Grafton location admitted Wednesday to intentionally removing 57 vials of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine from a pharmacy refrigerator on Saturday.
Wednesday’s revelation came after the company’s initial review had attributed the incident to “unintended human error”.
