Massive delays expected for NSW commuters after snap strike
Commuters have been warned to expect major delays across multiple train lines this morning after a snap union strike sparked chaos for passengers.The Rail, Tram and Bus Union called for workers to walk off the job overnight over safety concerns about the new intercity train fleet.
Trains started running again at 7am but with only limited services available.
The Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle and South Coast lines are all impacted, with commuters warned to expect ongoing delays.
