Many more deaths, deputy CMO Michael Kidd says
There will be “many further deaths in the coming days” after Australia endured its highest-ever day of coronavirus cases, Deputy Chief Medical officer Michael Kidd has said.
Speaking to reporters on Monday afternoon, he said the virus was a “tragedy” and the increasing spike of cases could only produce more fatalities down the line.
